- How do I place an order with you?
Feel free to skim through the store's front page or browse through the collection! You can also select products from the drop-down menu on the left or search for a specific item in the search box above. If you find something you like, click on the "ADD TO CART" button. Once you're ready to checkout, click on the "CART" button in the top right corner of the page, review your order, and then proceed to fill in your personal information regarding payment and shipping methods by choosing either "CHECKOUT" or "Check out with PayPal". If you wish to pay using PayPal Express Checkout, select "Check out with PayPal", otherwise select "CHECKOUT". Once you've completed your order process, we'll send you a confirmation e-mail. - The item I placed in my shopping cart disappeared before I check out. What happened?
We apologize that you couldn't complete your order before checking out. Unfortunately, placing an item into your shopping cart doesn't reserve you a right to purchase the item until you've completed the checkout process. Another customer may purchase the item before you. - Can I amend or cancel my order?
Yes, you can as long as your parcel isn't shipped yet. Once it's shipped, we're afraid you can't make further changes to your order. A full refund will be given if you cancel your order. - The item I want is out of stock. Will you restock it?
We regret to say that all items in this store are sold as limited editions and therefore are produced in limited quantities. Once they're sold out, they will not be restocked. The only exception to this is if a customer returns an item, we may put the item back on sale if the item is deemed to be in a condition that passes our quality assessment.

We use standard shipping for both domestic and international deliveries.

If you would like to have your item(s) delivered to you using expedited shipping or include other options in the delivery, drop us an e-mail and we'll get back to you with a quote! - Do you include import tax, custom duties or clearance charges in your shipping?
Nope, we don't. Laws and regulations pertaining to the above fees differ from country to country so it's difficult for us to include them in our shipping fees. For international orders, we suggest consulting your local customs/post office or researching online to get an estimate on the amount you may be required to pay before placing an order with us. Kindly note that by law as well as for insurance purposes, the full amount of the total value of your item(s) will be declared on your parcel. - How long does it take for my parcel to arrive?

» Exchanges & Returns
- Can I exchange my item(s)?
If we mess up on your order by sending you defective or the wrong items, we would gladly exchange them for you! Please send us an e-mail detailing what went wrong and ship the items back to us within 30 days for domestic orders and 60 days for international orders. The shipping fee is on us in this particular case so do remember to include a copy of your shipping receipt together with the items you're mailing back to us! - Can I return my item(s)?
