EARNING POINTS

• JOIN US — Joining our loyalty program is completely free of charge. Just click the [Join now] button and register your details to get started. Upon signing up, you will be instantly rewarded with 200 points. These points are rewarded only once in your account's lifetime.
  
  
• PLACE AN ORDER WITH US — You will be rewarded 1 point for every RM1 spent per order. Be sure to log in to your account on our store before completing your online purchase to get the points. Occasionally, we may run limited time campaigns where the points earned will be increased.
  
  
• FOLLOW US ON INSTAGRAM — Follow our Instagram account to get 200 points. These points are rewarded only once in your account's lifetime.
  
  
• LIKE US ON FACEBOOK — Like our Facebook page to get 200 points. These points are rewarded only once in your account's lifetime.
  
  
• SHARE ON FACEBOOK — Share a page on our website to your Facebook account. 10 points are rewarded 2 times per week for a total of 20 points per week. The page's link will be assigned by us and will be changed from time to time depending on the campaigns we may be running.
  
  
• SHARE ON TWITTER — Share a page on our website to your Twitter account. 10 points are rewarded 2 times per week for a total of 20 points per week. The page's link will be assigned by us and will be changed from time to time depending on the campaigns we may be running.
  
  
• CELEBRATE YOUR BIRTHDAY — You will be rewarded 1000 points for your birthday. Birthday points are rewarded only once per year, every year. You can set the date of your birthday by clicking on the [Edit Date] button. Kindly take note that if your birthday is less than 30 days from the date you set in your account, you will be given the points only in the following year. This happens to be a security measure implemented by Smile.io to prevent abuse to the system.

 

REDEEMING REWARDS

• Points can be redeemed for fixed cash value or fixed percentage discount coupons.
  
  
• As long as you have enough points, you may redeem as many coupons as you wish but take note that only 1 coupon can be applied per order at check out.
  
  
• Occasionally, we may include exciting free gifts in limited numbers as well. Be fast though because members who reach the required points get to claim them on a first-come-first-served basis! The shipping fee for the free gifts will be on us.

 

REFERRING FRIENDS

• To refer friends, you will need a registered account with us and you will have to be logged in to perform referrals.
  
  
• When you refer a friend, an e-mail containing a code for a fixed cash value coupon will be sent to your friend. Once your referred friend redeems their coupon and applies it in their first purchase, you will be given a fixed cash value coupon for your successful referral.
  
  
• Kindly understand that security measures such as fraud analysis are implemented by both Laughing1969 and Smile.io to monitor and detect referral abuse. Activities such as high volumes of referrals from the same IP address, similar e-mails, names and the like will be flagged and handled accordingly.
