Orders

  • Placing an item into your shopping cart does not reserve you the right to purchase the item until you have completed the checkout process. Another customer may purchase the item before you.
  • All orders placed are final once payment has been authorised on our end. Order information as well as the customer's name and shipping address cannot be changed so please check these details carefully before placing and paying for your order. If you wish to change any of these details after your order has been placed, you are required to contact us to request for a cancellation of your order and you may re-do the order.
  • For customers who wish to pay for their order using PayPal, kindly note that items can only be shipped to the PayPal registered address that is selected at the time of payment.
  • For customers who wish to pay for their order using online bank transfer, e-wallets, and bank cards via the iPay88 payment gateway, you may have a shipping address that is different from your billing address. However, kindly note that we cannot ship items to P.O. Box addresses.

 

Product Colour Accuracy

  • We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our merchandise that appear in our store. However, kindly note that variations may occur due to the colour calibration of your monitor. We cannot guarantee that your monitor will display colours that are exactly the same as the actual merchandise.

 

Shipping

  • For customers who paid for their order using PayPal, kindly note that items can only be shipped to the PayPal registered address that is selected at the time of payment.
  • For customers who paid using online bank transfer, e-wallets, and bank cards via the iPay88 payment gateway, kindly note that we cannot ship items to P.O. Box addresses.
  • Laughing1969 cannot be held liable for any lost, stolen or damaged parcels once the order has been shipped out.
  • Laughing1969 is not responsible for any potential shipment delays, especially during the current situation with regards to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Please check with your local courier on the status of your delivery using the shipping tracking information provided to you in the e-mail after your purchase. Import Regulations

  • Customers should check local postal regulations for restricted items. Laughing1969 cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the destination country.

 

GST, Custom Duties and Import Taxes

  • As we do not collect any taxes, custom duties and all other related import charges during the checkout process, these fees may be charged once the package has reached the destination country and they must be paid for by the customer or the recipient of the package. As customs policies vary by country, these fees are individually determined by your local customs. We suggest consulting your local customs/post office or researching online to get an estimate on the amount you may be required to pay before placing an order with us. Please include correct telephone contact information in your order form to ensure your local customs can get in touch with you in case a customs issue arises.
  • Kindly note that by law as well as for insurance purposes, the full amount of the total value of your items will be declared on your parcel.
  • Laughing1969 is also not responsible for compensating any custom duties and import taxes in the case of the parcel being shipped back to us due to the relevant fees not paid for by the customer. We will not be able to refund your order in such a case.

 

Exchanges and Returns

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns except only if the wrong items have been shipped. Please contact us at online@laughing1969.com or at our Facebook page within 7 days after the arrival of the shipment. We will offer an exchange and the shipping cost will be fully on us.
  • To be eligible for a return, we kindly ask that the specific item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all of the original tags still attached.
  • We recommend shipping the item back to us using registered post with insurance as we are not liable for lost or damaged returned parcels. Please take a photo of the shipping receipt and e-mail it to us. You may also send it to us through Facebook messenger. Enclose this receipt together with your return parcel and securely pack the item for delivery.
  • Once we received the returned item, we will inspect the goods and process the refund accordingly. We will follow up with you on the status of your refund payment through e-mail or Facebook messenger.
  • We reserve the right to reject your refund request if the condition of the returned item is deemed as unsatisfactory.
  • All items are carefully inspected before they are packed for shipment. We will never ship any defective merchandise to our customers. This is the assurance we give.
